For long distance cruise adventure, Honda offers two Africa Twin Adventure Sports ES models which come with a larger fuel tank, tubeless tires, heated grips, electronic suspension and much more.

Power

Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin has one of the most advanced engines present in an adventure bike. It comes with a parallel twin design same as the Rebel 1100 which provides it an immense torque from start to finish.

The dual air intake concept thrusts more air inside the engine making it turbo powered all the more for more torque.

Of course Africa Twin comes along with a Unicam® engine that is meant to give an ultimate superior performance.

If you are still skeptical about buying one, it comes with a muffler-valve technology same as the one in Honda CBR1000RR Superbike!

Engineering

Like any other cruise bike, this model also has a Cruise control option. But what’s intriguing is the selection of power delivery modes: Tour, Urban, Gravel and the last is left for the rider to customize as per his riding standard.

ABS comes with dual option: Off-road & On-road.

Anti-lock braking system comes with standard integrated with a 6-axis IMU.

Handling

Africa Twin comes with a steel frame to make it more light and efficient. It is fitted with advanced Honda Selectable Torque Control that lets you choose the power as per your riding style. The swing arm is designed just like CRF450R Moto crosser to make it light and strong.

Features

Africa Twin comes with an inbuilt Apple CarPlay™ system that allows riders to synchronize there Apple iPhone with the bike. It comes with 6.5-inch touch-panel LCD. Six Speed manual transmission and large fuel tank (18.8 litres & 24 litres)

Comfort

Honda has gone an extra mile this time to make a narrow seat on the new Honda Africa Twin to make it rider friendly in city or crowded areas. The riding stance is athletic that helps handling and turning. The aluminium sub frame is detachable for the convenience and the handle bars are taller (22.5mm).
